What is our process?
We have a very simple process. We like to keep things as smooth as possible so their are no headaches for you!
Step 1 – Contact us so that we can get detailed information about the home you are wanting to sell. This is when you will speak to one of our Acquisition Managers and give them as much information about the house as you can in the initial call.
Step 2 – After the Acquisition Manager is able to do some research about the area, they will give you our best cash offer, OR if you choose to do the installment sale, this is when you will get those numbers.
Step 3 – Once you agree to the offer that we give you, we will send you a very simple, one page, offer to purchase contract. You can receive this contract to your email through RightSignature, we can mail it to you, or you can sign it on site with our property evaluator.
Step 4 – Once we receive your signed contract back, our Property Evaluator will contact you to set up a time to come out to your property and do very detailed inspection of the property.
Step 5 – After the inspection, we order title work.
Step 6 – CLOSE!!
